The first time I saw people in the postures of the nine energy centers, I knew this was something powerful and important. I felt a sense of calm, beauty and excitement all at the same time. That happened in 2000. New Equations has been a part of my life ever since.
I am a life and business coach who integrates New Equations into my coaching practice. I am also a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, colleague and friend.
I use New Equations practices every day in my work with clients and with my family, I teach anyone willing to learn, how to awaken the 9 energies. I see the impact that these practices have on people. Their ability to find calm and strength from a place of anxiety and overwhelm. To find direction and focus from a place of indecision and distraction. To find connection and flow from a place of disconnect or isolation.
I use the knowledge I have to be more present and grounded in my life, to manage my emotions and to clear the cobwebs as well as the mind chatter.
New Equations has discovered something very new (and perhaps very old) about humans. I enjoy being part of the research and development of these discoveries. With New Equations, I am constantly learning, growing and finding new ways to express my humanity. New Equations develops in unexpected ways. I like that.
My vision for New Equations is that people learn to use the knowledge of the 9 as easily as they use the phone, the internet, or TV. People would be able to deal with the stress of today’s living. They would treat themselves and others better. The world would be better for it.
