Ellen DeGeneres saw Sophia Grace Brownlee on YouTube and invited her to appear on her show. Sophia Grace is eight years old and a Soultype 8. Watching her in movement is a wonderful opportunity to see an extended physical expression of these Soultypes.
First, here is the YouTube video that inspired Ellen to contact Sophia Grace and her cousin Rose:
The Movement Center for Soultype 8 is the sacrum/low back. ST 8s are very connected to the earth, and tend not to lift their feet very far off the ground when they walk. They move from their hips and low back, and frequently gesture downward. You can see these physical qualities in Sophia Grace as she performs.
Next, Sophia Grace and Rose are interviewed by Ellen and then perform their piece live. Notice how Sophia Grace expresses herself with a great deal of physicality and strong, downward body movement – more physical demonstrations of ST 8 energy.
Finally, Sophia Grace and Rose are surprised by Nicki Minaj. Sophia Grace shows her joy with her body.
