The top of the throat can bring you into relationship with the source of creation to affirm that life is spiritual and sacred. It is the movement center for Soultype 1.
When this movement center is activated, the neck is elongated, the chin slightly lifted, and the eyes are soft.
When this movement center is activated and aligned with your soul, you are able to access the gift of vulnerability.
Vulnerability is actually the greatest strength. Rather than taking a stand and being rigid, you are open to the flow of energy from the source of creation. You can take people in at the level of the soul, and know that in this place we are all equal.
For some people, this energy center is naturally activated and all of their movement is initiated from this place in their body. We call these people Soultype 1s.
