The solar plexus can create an internal vibration that makes it easy for you to receive and respond to others. It is the movement center for Soultype 2.
When this movement center is activated, the solar plexus is forward and
taut and the eyes are bright and engaging. There is an inclination to be in movement.
When this movement center is activated and aligned with your soul, you are able to access the gift of engagement.
Engagement means you can connect with anyone, any time, anywhere, and have fun while you are at it. You can always find common ground from which to create relationship.
For some people, this energy center is naturally activated and all of their movement is initiated from this place in their body. We call these people Soultype 2s.
