The top of the sternum can focus your attention on the spiritual essence of another person in order to connect with that person’s soul. It is the movement center for Soultype 3.
When this movement center is activated, the sternum is lifted, posture is erect,
and the eyes are focused and bright.
When this movement center is activated and aligned with your soul, you are able to access the gift of inspiration.
Inspiration is the ability to help other people feel their own soul and their own unique gift, and see that anything is possible from there. They are inspired to fulfill their life’s purpose.
For some people, this energy center is naturally activated and all of their movement is initiated from this place in their body. We call these people Soultype 3s.
