The center of the sternum can make it possible for you to resonate with the vibration
of all things so you can know the world more deeply. It is the Movement Center for Soultype 6.
When this movement center is activated, the chest is forward and expanded and posture is erect. The facial expression is alert.
When this movement center is activated and aligned with your soul, you are able
to access the gift of insight.
Insight is the ability to know the truth in any moment, on an energetic level and from the heart. It is the ability to see the most alive path for yourself and others, and shine the light on that path.
For some people, this energy center is naturally activated and all of their movement is initiated from this place in their body. We call these people Soultype 6s.
