The center of the forehead, or the Third Eye can quiet your mind by bringing you to the stillpoint. This expands your reality by letting in possibilities that transcend time and space. It is the movement center for Soultype 7.
When this movement center is activated, the forehead is forward and
prominent, and the upper body may incline forward from the waist, creating a straight line from the heel to the forehead.
When this movement center is activated and aligned with your soul, you are
able to access the gift of the stillpoint.
The stillpoint is the ability to go to a place of no thought. From a place of no thought, something truly new can come in, and you can see infinite possibilities, from all the dimensions accessible by humans. You can see what is stuck and no longer working, find a creative way to let it die, and move forward into new, unique paths.
For some people, this energy center is naturally activated and all of their movement is initiated from this place in their body. We call these people Soultype 7s.
